McQuillen Chevrolet GMC has been family owned in Girard, PA. since 1952 and prides itself on it's employee longevity. The business has it's roots all the way back to 1939 in Erie, PA. when it started servicing and selling pre-owned cars and new Chevrolets on consignment from a local Chevy dealer. In 1952, Patty McQuillen bought the Oldsmobile dealer in Girard, PA. and to expand an already growing business, took on Pontiac in 1961. Thirty years passed before they brought in GMC Truck in 1991. Then, to cap it all off in 1995, McQuillen Chevrolet GMC became the tri-state's only Suzuki dealership and the first import dealer in Girard.
